There are over 40 causes of changes in memory and thinking. Some are very treatable.
It is not always easy to spot changes in ourselves.
A memory screen is not a diagnosis. It’s simply a way to detect anything that would merit follow-up with a doctor.
When the conditions causing changes in memory and thinking are found early, treatment and care improve. You can have more control of your future planning.
Having a memory screen done today can give you a baseline to compare to in the future.

• Discuss opioid addiction, signs of abuse and its impact on employers.
• Share best practices employers can utilize when partnering with their workers’ compensation carriers and Health Insurance EAP providers.
• Review some of the federal labor and employment laws implicated by the opioid epidemic.
• Receive resources in Kenosha County and Employee Handbook Language
From drug testing, to reasonable accommodations, to mandatory EAP referrals and last chance agreements, we will review common strategies for addressing drugs (and alcohol) in the workplace.
