The Information and Assistance (IAA) Specialists can help with a variety of concerns. Services can be provided in the ADRC office, over the phone, by email, or in a person’s home (regardless of income). IAA Specialists provide:

- Information on a wide range of topics
- Medical Equipment Loan Closet
- Options Counseling
- Youth Transition
Who we serve:
- Adults (18 or older) with a physical or developmental disability
- Family members and caregivers seeking long-term care services
- Older adults
- Youth transitioning (prior to age 18) to adult services
